Wireless Tower Market Feasibility Study

CobbFendley prepared a market feasibility study of a potential wireless tower ground lease of state-owned property in order to assist the NMDOT in determining the real market value of the site. CobbFendley also reviewed the proposed lease terms and made a final recommendation for all negotiable terms to be considered in a standard ground lease. The NMDOT now has a basis to negotiate more favorable terms than previously proposed.
