State Highway 289 Traffic Control Plan & Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan

CobbFendley performed design of traffic control, construction phasing, and stormwater pollution prevention for conversion of approximately 4.5 miles of two-lane undivided asphalt roadway with open ditches to a six-lane concrete curb and gutter section with storm sewer.
