Having originated as a utility design firm, Cobb, Fendley & Associates has over 25 years of successful experience in utility coordination, relocation design and subsurface utility engineering. Utility adjustments have always been a demanding and time consuming process for both the public agencies and the private utilities. For more effective results, Cobb Fendley participated in developing a new approach for roadway construction projects by integrating the plans for the adjustment of private utilities (gas, electric and telephone) with the design drawing for roadway improvement.
