In 1997, Cobb Fendley was the first Texas-owned firm selected by TxDOT to perform Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) on a statewide contract. We have 25 years of experience working with utility companies and have provided SUE services for hundreds of projects. Utility owners, engineers and contractors require accurate utility information.
