Sanitary Sewer Improvements - City of Sachse

This project was the result of a Community Development Block Grant received by the City of Sachse and built in conjunction with Dallas County. CobbFendley provided the plans, specifications, bidding, and construction administration on the project, which included:

Replacing approximately 2,000 linear feet of existing clay pipe sewers and brick manholes along Billingsley Street, Boone Street and Sachse Road
Open cuts and pipe bursting
Replacing sewer lines with new 8-inch PVC and 15-inch polyethylene pipe
