TxDOT Pharr District - ROW Acquisition Services |
|
| Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc., is providing right-of-way acquisition professional services for the Texas Department of Transportation, Pharr District, as part of the ongoing US 83 Expressway expansion in Zapata and Starr Counties. Cobb Fendley will coordinate appraisal services and appraisal reviews in addition to providing research and the necessary information for title and closing services. Cobb Fendley will also provide negotiation services, relocation assistance and condemnation support to secure the necessary right-of-way land parcels for the US 83 Expressway project. |

Bellaire Boulevard at Fondren Road Intersection Improvements - Houston

| Cobb Fendley is providing construction management and inspection services for the reconstruction and enhancement of a major intersection including construction of 1,200 linear feet of 60-inch RCP storm sewer trunkline. The project includes a 48-inch RCP storm sewer and special 8’ x 8’ x 10’ junction box. The intersection is being upgraded from 8-inch to 10-inch concrete pavement with brick pavers. Traffic signal upgrades include ornamental poles and fixtures with a special TIRZ theme. The project involves oversight of a multiple phase traffic control plan at a high-volume ADT intersection. The project also includes landscape beautification, tree preservation, planter walls, mow curb, and installation of themed METRO bus shelters. Project Cost $3.7 million. |

| Cobb Fendley is providing TxDOT Bryan District with surveying services for roadway improvements to 5 miles of US 190, from SH 19 to FM 2296. |

Wachovia Banks and Colonial Banks - Houston / Dallas |

| Cobb Fendley is providing survey, platting and civil site design services for the expansion of Wachovia Bank and Colonial Bank into the Houston and Dallas Metro areas. Cobb Fendley has developed sites for 21 Wachovia Banks to date and is currently producing plans for three more within the Houston Area. |
