Office Manager/Project Engineer

CobbFendley is looking for an engineer with upper level management skills to head the firm’s growing San Antonio office. The successful candidate’s most important qualifications include:

At least 15 years experience
Municipal, private and public agency knowledge
A Licensed Texas Professional Engineer (P.E.)
Department and/or office manager experience

Marketing and sales skills
Local area experience and contacts

The Office Manager will oversee project development and delivery, create and implement marketing and sales plans and manage all area personnel, including hiring new staff.  At the same time, this professional engineer will continue to be involved with billable projects.
