In platting a subdivision or designing a water or wastewater facility for a municipal utility district, CobbFendley’s experienced engineers, surveyors and technicians understand the regulations and procedures that must be followed to obtain timely plan approvals and construction permits for development projects. CobbFendley’s experience with Utility Districts is valuable during land development. In addition to serving as engineer for several Utility Districts, our staff has the capability to prepare creation reports and bond applications, complete annexations, and carry out utility and detention pond rehabilitation projects.
