Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. (Cobb Fendley), was founded in April 1980 by principals John "Odis" Cobb and William "Bill" Fendley. From the beginning, Odis and Bill established a project management approach to doing business which combined strong central guidance and effective communication at all levels of the engineering process. Their commitment to quality, integrity and engineering excellence pervades the firm, leading Cobb Fendley to gain a reputation for providing sound, innovative and cost-effective solutions in a timely manner.
Cobb Fendley has evolved into a multi-discipline engineering firm providing an array of professional engineering services to our clients who now include such diverse organizations as the Cities of Houston, Sugar Land, Tomball and Austin, Texas Department of Transportation, Metropolitan Transit Authority, University of Houston, Parkway Investments/Texas, Inc., Randall's Properties, Inc., Houston Independent School District, Southwestern Bell Telephone and Reliant Energy Houston Lighting & Power.
Each project is assigned team members based upon the project's particular requirements. The teams are headed by experienced engineers and surveyors. Our firm's one hundred plus professional and technical employees have individual and corporate experience with a broad spectrum of civil engineering projects.
