CobbFendley has a long history of working with students and recent graduates through scholarship and internship programs, as well as new graduate recruiting and mentoring. Many long-term employees began their CobbFendley career as an intern or new graduate and have grown within the organization to become valued professional engineers, project managers, or associates. Mentoring is a key component of CobbFendley’s young employee program with focus placed on ensuring careers are advanced and professional registrations are achieved.
